ARENA TRAILER HIRE

The Mid South East Dressage Club is pleased to encourage the growth of dressage in our region, with their purpose-built Dressage Arena Trailer available for hire to committee approved groups.

The MSEDC arena trailer can be hired for use by other equestrian clubs. The trailer contains 4 poly dressage arenas plus extra cone markers, measuring tapes and arena equipment.

This hire is subject to several conditions;

  • Payment of $50.00 per arena is payable prior to collection of the trailer.
  • The form must be signed and fully completed, and an approval from MSEDC given prior to collection of the trailer
  • A $250 bond cheque must be supplied, prior to collection. This cheque will be held by the Mid South East Dressage Club, and ONLY cashed in the event of damage / missing equipment etc. If the trailer is returned in a satisfactory condition, the bond cheque is returned.
  • A responsible person must be nominated, and will be held wholly responsible for any damage, the pickup, delivery and use of the arenas at all times.
  • The trailer must be re-packed exactly as it was found- failure to do so may mean your bond will not be returned.
  • All vehicles towing the trailer must be fully registered and roadworthy.
  • All drivers towing the trailer must have a current drivers licence, and have experience in towing.
  • Any group who damages, misuses, loses equipment from, is witnessed towing incorrectly the trailer, will be banned from further use of the trailer.
  • The Mid South East Dressage Club reserves the right to refuse an application to hire the trailer at any stage.
